Barboy is a mobile storage piece produced in moulded wood and comprising four cylindrical parts. Two of the elements swing out to function as tables. Verner Panton designed Bar Boy in 1963 when he was living in Basel, Switzerland. During this period, Panton was particularly interested in designing furniture that allowed greater flexibility in the interior design and he often mounted his designs on wheels.
The lower compartment of the Bar Boy Verpan can hold three bottles of champagne and a cooler can bring them to a temperature of 10° in 15 minutes. The fund's medium can enclose four flutes and the upper compartment is designed to accessories. This elegant mini-bar contains everything you need to enjoy a good glass of champagne!
Barboy Containers are not only suitable for the use as bar, but also simply as stowage space on wheels, that can be used for all kinds of things. The Verpan Barboy can also be used as night stand in the bedroom, as side table in the living room, dining room or office.
